safety first

pushed here by a post from marty on 240atlanta.

Description:
One reason safety is such a stress at American Drifting events is for reasons just like this one. At this Latvian Drifting event a S13 slides out of control and takes out several members of onlookers throwing some of them up to at least 15 feet in the air. Graphic Warning is advised before watching this video.
GRAPHIC WARNING. YOU WILL SEE PEOPLE GET HIT!

Lativa Drifting Accident - People Hit [Graphic Warning]

I've been a photographer at several events, and its easy to get annoyed or aggravated by the positions in which they will let you stand. But, In the end you've got to realize it's all about YOU. They're just trying to keep you safe.

Take care

ol days

haha. ran back across this video. Zach makes a cameo talking about how Nascar led to his passion for cars! Liar!

getting thing situated

So I've entered my first reputable, non-black hills event. I'll be driving at the July 11th event, so come out and show me some support!

Got a few things in line to do to the car before hand. Ordered some of it today.
including...
-Seat brackets for my racing seats
-another 4 point harness for passengers, since it seems like i'm going to have a good number of ride-a-longs
-a walbro fuel pump

After that stuff gets here I'm going to install it all. Put my s14 TB on the car, and do some exhaust magic... then it's going to top speed to have the SAFC installed and tuned.

Yeah, yeah... NA tune. Anything to get the tires spinning a little faster!

My personal quote of the day.
Live life to it's fullest each and every day!

hey

new here. Playing around!
